Cloud Engineer

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer II with strong hands-on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of cloud engineering/development experience

• Strong hands-on GCP experience

• Experience with Node.js, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript

• Similar cloud contact center platforms

• Strong experience with APIs and cloud integrations

• Understanding of cloud security, IAM, logging, and monitoring

• GenAI, conversational bots, agent assist, or speech analytics
