Cloud Platform Operations & Maintenance Engineer (Chinese & English Speaking)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Cloud Platform Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Engineer

to provide on-site cloud platform operations, technical support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and service management.

The successful candidate must be able to communicate professionally in

both Chinese and English

and should have strong hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure and enterprise IT operations.

The role involves supporting the day-to-day operation and stability of cloud platforms, coordinating with customers and technical teams, responding to incidents, and ensuring that operational issues are followed through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day cloud platform operations and maintenance.

• Conduct routine health checks, inspections, monitoring, and preventive maintenance.

• Monitor platform performance, availability, capacity, and system alerts.

• Troubleshoot cloud platform incidents and restore services promptly.

• Track customer tickets and technical issues through to resolution.

• Provide cloud product configuration guidance and technical support.

• Support system configuration changes, software updates, patches, and upgrades.

• Monitor and verify backup and disaster recovery activities.

• Identify potential system risks and capacity issues and recommend corrective actions.

• Prepare daily, periodic, project, incident, and O&M service reports.

• Maintain and update operational procedures, incident processes, and O&M documentation.

• Collect and communicate customer requirements and feedback.

• Coordinate effectively with customers, development teams, product teams, and cloud platform vendors.

• Support cloud platform testing and go-live activities.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma, Bachelor's degree or above in

  Computer Science, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Security

  , or a related field.

• Minimum

  3 years of cloud operations and maintenance experience

  .

• Cloud platform O&M experience is strongly preferred.

• Must be able to communicate professionally in

  Chinese and English

  .

• Strong understanding of enterprise-level IT operations processes and standards.

• Good troubleshooting, communication, coordination, and incident-management skills.

• Strong sense of responsibility, service awareness, and attention to system stability and data security.

• Ability to work in an

  on-site operational environment

  .

• Able to work

  5×8 or 7×24 rotational shifts

  , including holiday/on-call duty when required.

• Must meet the applicable work visa / work authorization requirements.

Preference will be given to candidates holding relevant professional certifications such as:

• Alibaba Cloud ACP / ACE

• Alibaba Cloud O&M L3

• Kubernetes CKA / CKAD

• AWS SAA

• TCE

• Other recognized cloud-platform certifications

Candidates with cloud development or O&M experience in large or well-known enterprise environments are also preferred.
