Concept Interior Designer

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Develop interior design concepts, narratives and mood boards for residential, high-rise and mixed-use projects.

• Use AI-powered design and visualization tools to accelerate concept exploration, ideation and design development.

• Produce photorealistic 3D models and renders that communicate concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.

• Prepare space plans and layout options that respond to the brief and unit efficiency.

• Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture and lighting, and represent them accurately in visuals.

• Interpret architectural and 2D CAD drawings and convert them into detailed 3D models.

• Support BIM-based design coordination with architects, engineers and consultants to maintain design intent.

• Prepare concept presentations and design packages for internal reviews and client submissions.

• Turn client and design-lead comments into timely revisions while protecting the overall design vision.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, with proven concept development and 3D visualization skills.

• Proven working knowledge of AI-assisted design and visualization tools.

• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona, Revit, Enscape or D5, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Working knowledge of BIM-based design coordination.

• Strong eye for composition, camera angles, lighting, texture mapping and realistic material representation.

• Good understanding of interior detailing, proportions, symmetry, ergonomics and furniture planning.

• Ability to read and understand architectural plans, sections, elevations, RCPs, joinery, technical details and construction methods.

• Ability to work efficiently under fast-paced project deadlines and manage multiple design revisions.

• Excellent presentation skills with a strong sense of layout, hierarchy and detail.
