Construction Project Manager / Site Construction

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Project Manager / Site Construction professional to oversee construction activities, manage project execution, and ensure successful delivery from planning to completion. This role is responsible for coordinating site operations, managing contractors and resources, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, cost control, and project scheduling to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to specifications.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth site operations.

• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and resource allocation to maintain construction efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with construction drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and applicable statutory requirements.

• Identify and resolve site issues, technical challenges, delays, and construction risks through effective coordination and problem-solving.

• Manage project documentation, site reports, progress meetings, variation orders, and project updates for stakeholders.

• Drive quality assurance, site safety, cost control, and continuous improvement throughout the construction lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in construction project management, site supervision, or construction operations.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, contract administration, quality control, and site safety practices.

• Ability to interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.

• Excellent leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong project ownership with the ability to manage multiple priorities, lead site teams, and deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.
