The Position

We are hiring a Content Creator & Video Editor to take responsibility for the growth and day-to-day content of our automotive brand across social media.

This is a practical, hands-on role. The successful candidate should be comfortable handling the full content process: coming up with ideas, planning content, shooting automotive services, editing videos, publishing content, managing the account and measuring performance.

We are looking for more than someone who can simply edit a video or design a post. The right person should understand social media marketing, trends, audience engagement and how content can generate customer inquiries and sales.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the company's Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social channels

• Build and maintain a monthly content calendar

• Produce professional photos and videos of vehicles, services and automotive products

• Film and edit Reels, TikToks, Stories and advertising content

• Add effective hooks, subtitles, transitions, music and effects to short-form videos

• Create content featuring vehicles, technicians, services, products and customer experiences

• Identify relevant social media trends in Qatar and internationally

• Develop campaigns designed to improve reach, follower growth, customer inquiries and sales

• Prepare engaging captions in English and/or Arabic

• Schedule and publish content consistently

• Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement

• Coordinate promotions and content with the sales and operations teams

• Follow competitors and identify new content and marketing opportunities

• Analyze which content and campaigns deliver the strongest results

• Produce monthly social media performance reports

• Assist with Meta and other paid advertising campaigns when required

Candidate Profile

You should have previous experience managing social media and strong skills in both video shooting and video editing.

Experience producing Instagram Reels and TikTok videos is important. Candidates should be comfortable using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar editing software, along with Canva, Photoshop or other graphic design tools.

You should also understand Instagram and TikTok algorithms, short-form storytelling, attention-grabbing hooks and current social trends.

The role requires someone who can independently take content from idea → shooting → editing → publishing and continuously develop new creative concepts.

Good English communication skills are required. Arabic is a strong advantage.

Automotive knowledge or a genuine interest in cars is a strong advantage. Experience with Meta Ads and holding a valid Qatar driving licence are also advantages.

Nature of the Job

This is a content-heavy position, not a desk-only social media role.

The employee must be comfortable visiting customer and service locations and filming vehicles, technicians, products, customers and automotive services.

We need someone who can take a normal automotive service or product and transform it into professional, interesting and engaging social media content.

Expected hours: No less than 29.0 per week
