Content Creator / Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and talented Content Creator / Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, social media creatives, property marketing materials, and digital campaigns that strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics, social media posts, stories, reels, and digital content.

• Design property brochures, flyers, presentations, banners, advertisements, and marketing materials.

• Develop creative concepts for real estate listings, launches, campaigns, and events.

• Edit photos and videos for social media and property marketing.

• Manage and create content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop content aligned with campaigns and business objectives.

• Ensure all designs follow the company’s branding and visual identity.

• Stay updated with current social media trends, design trends, and content formats.

• Support photography and video shoots when required.

• Organize and maintain creative assets, templates, and marketing materials.

• Work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and/or other design tools.

• Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Good knowledge of typography, layouts, branding, and visual composition.

• Real estate experience is a mandatory.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A strong portfolio of previous work is required.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
