Role Overview

As a Coordinator of Quality and Compliance (Registered Nurse), you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of clinical and billing systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will coordinate audits, develop and monitor the GHS Corporate Compliance program, and collaborate with various departments to facilitate its deployment. Your work will directly support the delivery of high-quality, compliant patient care across our health system.

What You Will Do

  • Maintain the integrity of clinical and billing systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate audits of clinical and billing systems to ensure adherence to standards.

  • Develop and monitor the Greenfield Health Systems (GHS) Corporate Compliance program.

  • Collaborate with the Education Department, administration, unit team members, physicians, and other departments to facilitate compliance deployment.

  • Interact with GHS Billing and Accounting areas to ensure alignment with compliance standards.

 

Qualifications

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in nursing required.

  • Current licensure as RN in the State of Michigan required.

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a dialysis setting required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

  • Experience in performance improvement, quality, and/or risk assessment preferred.
