cunova Service USA is seeking a detail-oriented Cost Accountant to join our finance team. You will analyze production costs, help manage inventory valuations, and perform variance analyses. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience is always a plus but is not required to be considered.

Job Overview

Position: Cost Accountant
Location: Titusville, PA
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Cost Analysis: Track and analyze production costs, labor, and overhead.
Variance Tracking: Review standard versus actual costs and investigate variances.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory valuation, cycle counts, and cost of goods sold (COGS).
Month-End Close: Prepare journal entries, accruals, and monthly account reconciliations.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing annual standard cost budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with operations teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: None needed, but any accounting experience is a plus
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems
Knowledge: Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to work with non-financial department heads.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
