About RUDO

RUDO is a growing Dubai-based digital marketing agency specializing in digital marketing, social media management, creative production, branding, and website development.

We are looking for an experienced and creative Graphic Designer with previous agency experience who can develop original, premium-quality visual content for multiple brands across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, and digital advertising creatives.

• Develop original creative concepts, mood boards, social media grid layouts, and visual content themes.

• Design brand identities, company profiles, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.

• Produce professional static graphics and support basic motion graphics and animated content.

• Use AI image-generation tools to develop, enhance, and refine creative visuals.

• Support website and landing page projects with visual assets and design concepts.

• Collaborate with the marketing and video production teams.

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining brand consistency, creative quality, and deadlines.

Mandatory Requirements

• Currently residing in the UAE. Overseas & Freelancer applications will not be considered.

• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.

• Previous experience working in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Ability to develop original professional designs from scratch without relying on Canva templates.

• Strong understanding of typography, composition, branding, and digital design.

• Experience creating social media content, mood boards, grid layouts, and marketing creatives.

• Practical experience with AI image-generation tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar.

• Ability to manage creative projects for multiple brands independently.

• Good English communication skills.

• Professional portfolio demonstrating original work is mandatory.

Additional Skills — Advantage

• AI video generation (Runway, Kling, or similar).

• Basic video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve).

• Motion graphics and animation (After Effects).

• Figma and basic UI/UX design.

• Arabic typography and multilingual design.
