Customer Engagement Business Analyst – Banking

We are looking for an experienced Customer Engagement Business Analyst with strong expertise in banking transformation and digital customer engagement.

8+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in banking or financial services.

Strong experience in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and BRD/functional requirement documentation

Experience working on large-scale banking transformation or digital transformation programmes.

Previous experience in the Saudi Arabian or GCC banking sector would be an advantage.

Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA, Scrum, or similar are desirable.

Experience in CRM, customer engagement, campaigns, notifications, loyalty, personalisation, or digital banking services.

Ability to challenge incomplete or unclear requirements and identify gaps and dependencies.

Work closely with Business, Digital, Product, and Technology teams.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence is preferred.

GCC/Saudi banking experience is an added advantage
