As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with our sales team, sales leadership, and customers to identify, organize, and analyze hospital data and performance metrics. These insights help demonstrate the clinical and financial impact of our solutions and interventions across healthcare organizations.
In this role, you will execute reporting and analytical activities while developing a strong understanding of the business unit, department processes, and customer needs.
Responsibilities include building reports and dashboards, preparing and validating datasets, conducting quality reviews, supporting customer analyses, and responding to routine data requests. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and able to translate data into meaningful insights that support business and customer objectives.

Sales: Provide reporting, content, and tools that increase sales productivity and effectiveness while streamlining processes and metrics.

Data Governance: Help deliver trusted, high-quality data that enables scalability, process excellence, and improved partner experiences.

Data Intelligence – Develop dashboards and visualizations of internal datasets that support informed decision-making across business units and for customers.

What You Need

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.

Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire)

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships

Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
$20 min hourly wage – $35 max hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring location
