Position: Customer Support Executive – Social Media

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

• Handle customer questions, product inquiries, orders, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.

• Convert social media inquiries into sales and confirmed orders.

• Provide accurate product information, prices, offers, and delivery details.

• Follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not completed their orders.

• Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers.

• Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and delivery teams when required.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication and writing skills.

• Good typing and chatting skills.

• Experience in social media customer support or online sales is preferred.

• Must be comfortable communicating with customers through chat.

• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.

• Sales-oriented, responsible, and target-driven.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple customer conversations.

• Arabic speaking is an advantage.

• Must have a laptop/desktop and reliable internet connection if working from home.
