Customer Service Representative

Pure Coffee Ltd. is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and online

• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

• Provide accurate information about products and services

• Process orders and maintain accurate customer records

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle pressure and multitask

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• This position is open to Saudi nationals only
