Customer Service/Security Guard

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Security Guard at our super cars storage facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while ensuring the security and safety of our facility.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients to the facility and assist them with retrieving their cars.

• Provide information about our services and assist clients with any inquiries they may have.

• Utilize computer systems to update the status of cars in our database.

• Inspect incoming and outgoing cars for any damages or discrepancies and update the system accordingly.

• Maintain a presence at the facility to ensure security and safety standards are upheld.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.

• Handle any customer concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Good command of English language, both verbal and written.

• Basic IT skills to navigate computer systems and update car status in the database.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Prior experience in customer service or security roles is preferred but not required.

• Passion for cars and knowledge of automotive industry is a plus.
