About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service, Social Media & Sales Executive who can communicate professionally with customers, manage our social media interactions, assist with online sales, and follow up on orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds.

Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory, including speaking, reading, and writing.

This position requires someone who is active, organized, sales-focused, and capable of handling multiple customer communication channels throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Order Management

• Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, website, mobile app, and social media

• Assist customers with product information, availability, pricing, and promotions

• Help customers select suitable products and place orders

• Follow up with customers regarding pending or incomplete orders

• Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward quick resolutions

• Follow up on returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues

• Maintain professional communication and a high standard of customer service

Delivery & Return Follow-Up

• Coordinate with delivery companies regarding customer orders

• Follow up on delayed, unsuccessful, rejected, and returned deliveries

• Track customer orders and provide customers with accurate updates

• Follow up with delivery partners regarding returns and reverse pickups

• Ensure delivery-related complaints are followed through until resolved

Social Media Management

• Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube

• Publish and manage posts, videos, stories, and other content provided by the company

• Reply to comments, direct messages, questions, and customer inquiries

• Monitor customer feedback and complaints across social media

• Maintain professional and timely responses across all platforms

• Coordinate with the marketing team regarding promotions, offers, and campaigns

Sales

• Convert WhatsApp, phone, website, and social media inquiries into successful sales

• Follow up with interested customers who have not completed their purchases

• Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements

• Promote relevant offers and products

• Support the company's online sales targets and customer conversion goals

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic and English – mandatory

• Strong Arabic and English speaking and writing skills

• Previous experience in customer service, social media, sales, or e-commerce

• Comfortable communicating with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp

• Experience managing or responding to customers on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills

• Sales-oriented and confident in converting inquiries into orders

• Good follow-up and problem-solving skills

• Able to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally

• Organized and capable of managing multiple customer cases simultaneously

• Basic knowledge of electronics, mobile phones, and accessories is an advantage

• UAE experience is preferred
