Cyber Security Engineer

responsible for conducting security scans to identify vulnerabilities in systems and software, supporting the RMF process to enhance information security. This onsite position requires collaboration with cybersecurity teams, systems engineers, and stakeholders to gather, transmit, and analyze security data, ensuring compliance and risk assessment accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cyber security scans and provide input data for RMF processes.

• Develop and refine security processes, standards, and operational plans.

• Lead training and promote best security practices among team members and users.

• Ensure the integrity and secure transmission of security information.

• Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders to maintain a secure environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of experience or equivalent in experience.

• Active Top Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI.

• Strong knowledge of RMF and systems engineering processes.

• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination and documentation.
