About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Ireland's leading healthcare organisations with a best-in-class digital infrastructure operating within a high growth business area.
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive problem solver who will drive impactful cybersecurity and AI initiatives across the business.
Working closely with the ICT team and with full support from senior management and the Board, this role will suit someone with a real passion for cybersecurity and AI who takes pride in achieving tangible results and is always looking for better ways of doing things.

Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead the organisation's cybersecurity programme.

Work with external cybersecurity partners and providers.

Identify, assess and implement practical AI solutions across the business.

Lead AI projects from idea through to implementation and adoption.

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend opportunities for improvement.

Support the ongoing development of cybersecurity and AI-related policies, practices, roadmaps and risk management

Experience
We are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds. Experience in cybersecurity, AI, digital transformation, IT management, information security or technology consulting would all be relevant.
Hands-on experience with cybersecurity technologies, Microsoft 365, Copilot, ChatGPT or other AI platforms would be advantageous.
