Role Descriptions:

· We are seeking a Data Conversion Specialist to support leading data migration and conversion activities for enterprise technology implementations.

· The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Data 360 and HR technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end data conversion activities for HR technology implementations and upgrades.

· Develop data mapping| transformation| cleansing| and validation processes.

· Perform data reconciliation and resolve data quality issues.

· Support testing cycles| including mock conversions and production cutovers.

· Partner with HR| Technology| and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and readiness.

· Document conversion requirements| mapping rules| and validation results.

· Ensure compliance with data governance| privacy| and security standards

· Perform data profiling| cleansing| transformation| enrichment| and reconciliation activities.

· Design and develop ETL/ELT processes for SAP-to-Workday migration.

· Create Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents and transformation rules.

· Prepare Workday-compatible load files using EIBs and Workday data templates.

· Validate migrated data through reconciliation reports and business sign-off processes.

· Collaborate with Workday Functional Consultants to support tenant loads and testing cycles.

· Troubleshoot migration and conversion issues during SIT| UAT| and Go-Live phases.

· Implement data quality controls and ensure compliance with governance| privacy| and security policies.

· Support cutover planning| mock conversions| deployment activities| and post-production stabilization

· Experience in HR technology platforms (like Workday, SAP, etc.)

· Strong experience with ETL tools Proven track record of data migration
