A leading company in the restaurant and café industry is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team in Madinah.

We are seeking a data-driven professional who can analyze business and operational data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, organize, and analyze business and operational data.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards.
Analyze sales, revenue, expenses, inventory, and operational performance.
Identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps.
Monitor KPIs and provide insights to management.
Analyze branch performance and compare results across locations.
Support management with data-driven recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
Prepare and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments to support business analysis.
Develop automated reports and improve data reporting processes.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the restaurant, café, retail, or F&B industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Power BI and dashboard development.
Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools is preferred.
Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work with large datasets and multiple sources of information.
Experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred.
