Data Analyst - Data Readiness & Validation

Data Analyst focused on preparing, validating, and governing client data for Agentic AI systems.

This role works directly with a client during the discovery and implementation phase to understand their available data, assess its quality and structure, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and define how that data should safely flow into the AI environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client databases, APIs, documents, systems, and available data sources.

• Assess whether client data is complete, accurate, structured, consistent, and usable by AI systems.

• Identify duplicate, missing, outdated, conflicting, or incorrectly formatted data.

• Define data schemas, mappings, relationships, and transformation requirements before integration.

• Design methods to validate and verify data accuracy against trusted sources or business rules.

• Create automated data quality checks and validation rules before information reaches the AI layer.

• Work with developers to define reliable ETL/ELT and data ingestion pipelines.

• Ensure data flows are authenticated, authorized, traceable, and secure.

• Verify API responses, database queries, retrieval results, and other system-to-AI data transfers.

• Define data lineage and source-of-truth rules so the system knows where information originated.

• Establish procedures for detecting stale, corrupted, incomplete, or conflicting data.

• Prepare clean and reliable datasets for RAG, AI agents, knowledge bases, and other AI systems.

• Document data structures, validation logic, dependencies, and integration requirements for the AI engineering team.

Technical Requirements

• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.

• Good Python skills for data analysis, transformation, and validation.

• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration.

• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and system integrations.

• Strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation, normalization, and deduplication.

• Experience defining schemas, data models, data mappings, and data contracts.

• Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as API keys, OAuth, RBAC, and service accounts.

• Familiarity with data governance, data lineage, access controls, and auditability.

• Ability to investigate discrepancies between multiple systems and determine the correct source of truth.

• Comfortable working with structured and unstructured data.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
