We are seeking a

detail-oriented Data Analyst I

to support a high-visibility initiative involving health authority requests and regulatory data. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong

Excel, data analysis, KPI reporting, and data integrity

skills who enjoys turning large datasets into meaningful business insights.

🔎 What You’ll Do

Review and analyze

900+ Requests for Information (RFIs)

from global and regional health authorities covering 2025 through YTD 2026.
Categorize each RFI using established criteria.
Compile information into a

standardized tracking dataset

.
Identify recurring themes, trends, and meaningful categories.
Develop summary metrics and analysis for

leadership reporting

.
Create a baseline dataset to support comparison with future

2027 health authority feedback

.
Work independently with minimal supervision while managing project priorities and expected deliverables.

✅ What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1–3 years of relevant experience

.
Experience in the

pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food industry

is preferred.
Advanced Excel skills

are required.
Regulatory data analysis experience is a plus.
Experience with

metrics and KPI reporting

.
Knowledge of

process improvement and operational excellence

.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to

data integrity

.
Ability to translate data into actionable information for

business and leadership decision-making

.
