Job Summary-

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, Reporting, and MIS, with strong expertise in Excel and BI tools.

The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business data, preparing actionable reports, developing dashboards, and supporting management with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities-

Analyze business data and identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and management reports.
Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI / Tableau.
Perform data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and validation.
Work with SQL and ETL processes to manage and prepare data.
Use MS Excel for advanced data analysis, reporting, and automation.
Create Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and advanced Excel reports.
Work with CRM, ERP, and BI systems to extract and analyze business data.
Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting requirements.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of business data.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to management.

Required Skills-

1–4 years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query.
Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
Strong knowledge of SQL.
Understanding of ETL processes and data transformation.
Working knowledge of Python for data analysis.
Experience with CRM, ERP, or BI platforms.
Strong data visualization and reporting skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Gujarati language proficiency is mandatory.
Good communication and presentation skills.

Education-

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, IT, or a related field preferred.
