Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Excel, SQL, data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development, with the ability to transform raw data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and management reports.

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

• Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and automation.

• Perform data analysis using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, and other advanced Excel functions.

• Use Power Query for data cleaning, transformation, and consolidation.

• Write and execute SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases.

• Identify trends, patterns, discrepancies, and data quality issues.

• Support management with accurate and timely data-driven insights.

• Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate business data.

• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.

• Automate repetitive reporting processes wherever possible.

• Assist in preparing Power BI/Tableau dashboards and visual reports.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Advanced Excel skills including:

• Pivot Tables

• VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

• INDEX-MATCH

• SUMIFS / COUNTIFS

• IF & nested formulas

• Charts and dashboards

• Power Query

• Working knowledge of SQL.

• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work with large datasets.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Data Analysis, MIS, Reporting, or Business Intelligence.

• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
