Data Analyst (Tamheer/Coop)

Job Description

Role Purpose:

Engagement Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing member engagement data, identifying trends and insights, enhancing existing dashboards and systems, create new analytical platforms.

Key Accountabilities:

1- Member Data Analysis;

• Collect, organize, and analyze member engagement data from various sources (e.g., website analytics, email campaigns, event attendance, support tickets).

• Identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform member outreach strategies.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track and communicate key member engagement metrics.

2- Member Segmentation and Personalization;

• Develop informative digital channels that explain the key features and benefits of the company's services

3- Performance Monitoring and Reporting;

• Tracking and analyzing customer engagement team performance and inputs

• Reporting the results of the engaged customers

• Identifying and implementing strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Good Analytical skills

• Presentation skills

• Excel and Power BI knowledge is a must

Education

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineer or related field
