Strong hands-on Tableau experience building dashboards and reporting solutions

Good working knowledge of Python and SQL for analysis, automation and data processing

Practical experience with AI/LLMs, or strong evidence of using AI to improve reporting, analytics, automation or business processes

Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders, understanding requirements and presenting insights clearly

Around 2-5 years' relevant experience in analytics, BI, analytics engineering or software development

Able to work on-site/hybrid in Dublin for 4 days in the office
Nice to have skills

Experience in financial services, insurance, investments or other quantitative environments

Exposure to Power BI, Snowflake or other modern data platforms

Interest in ESG, sustainability or financial markets

Relevant postgraduate degree, certifications, personal projects or other evidence of continued learning
This is a hands-on role working closely with business analysts, investment professionals and other stakeholders. You will build and improve dashboards, automate analytical workflows, and explore practical uses of AI to make reporting and decision-making faster and more effective.
