Data Engineer – Data Products

A Data Engineer, Data Products at Minerva AI builds production data products and backend infrastructure that power AI agents and customer intelligence. You'll transform complex datasets into scalable APIs and high-quality data services used across the platform.

What you'll do

• Build production ETL pipelines and data APIs.

• Develop scalable data products for AI and analytics.

• Design data models supporting customer identity resolution.

• Improve reliability, performance, and data quality.

• Partner with product and ML teams to ship customer-facing features.

Must-have requirements

• 4+ years of Data Engineering experience.

• Strong Python and SQL skills.

• Experience building ETL pipelines and APIs.

• Knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS preferred).

• Strong understanding of data modeling and warehousing.

Nice to have

• Spark, Airflow, Kafka, or streaming data.

• AI or LLM data pipeline experience.

• Experience building customer data platforms (CDPs).

Red flags

• Analytics-only or dashboard-focused experience.

• No backend engineering or API development.

• Limited cloud or production pipeline ownership.
