Job description
The
Lead Specialist
in the Federal Advisory practice is responsible for leveraging modern big data tools to solve complex business challenges, developing platform requirements, and providing technical recommendations for platform modernization and cloud migration.
They will design tools and services for cloud DevOps environments, lead multi-disciplinary teams, facilitate workshops, and identify business opportunities through innovation sessions.
Qualifications include a minimum of five years of data engineering experience, proficiency in Python and SQL, experience with data architecture, and leadership skills in managing project teams. U.S. Government Secret clearance is required.
Key skills involve experience with big data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Spark), development methodologies (Agile, CI/CD), and open-source software integration. The role demands adaptability, collaboration, and the ability to support client engagements.
