Job Summary:

As a Data Engineer, you will assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our databases. You will work closely with the IT manager to ensure the smooth operation of our network and server environment.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain database structures that support data storage, retrieval, reporting, and business operations.
Extract, transform, manipulate, and validate data from multiple systems and data sources.
Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot ETL processes that integrate data across business systems and databases.
Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports that transform datasets into clear, actionable business information.
Monitor data processes for accuracy, reliability, and performance, identifying and resolving data quality or integration issues.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Document database structures, data flows, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

· Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Shell scripting

· Knowledge of database management systems, such as PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
