Data Engineer - Senior

Role:

Senior Data Science Engineer in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex analytics problems into technical solutions, communicating results to diverse stakeholders.

• Plan and execute engagement objectives, retrieving, preparing, and processing data from various sources.

• Collaborate with internal teams and AI technology providers to develop innovative solutions for business challenges.

• Utilize structured problem-solving approaches, manage risks, and communicate findings to executive audiences.

• Lead data analysis, hypothesis testing, and oversee the development of machine learning algorithms and data science solutions.

• Ensure code quality, perform data extraction and enrichment, and provide technical oversight.

• Uphold professional integrity and a respectful work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of three years' experience in requirements gathering, quality management, and analytics, especially in natural language processing and machine learning on unstructured data.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields preferred.

• Proven expertise in end-to-end analytics, data engineering, using Python, PySpark, SQL, Databricks, and Snowflake.

• Strong ability to apply AI techniques to achieve business goals, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Proficiency with diverse technologies, cloud platforms, scripting, and production-level coding.

• Ability to work in Linux and cloud environments; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
