We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented
Data Insights Analyst (Entry / Junior)
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, identifying trends, preparing reports, and turning data into actionable business insights.
🎯
Key Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from various sources.
• Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities within datasets.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, presentations, and analytical summaries.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance metrics.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify meaningful insights.
• Analyze customer, sales, marketing, operational, and financial data.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to maintain data accuracy.
• Support senior analysts with research, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis projects.
• Translate business requirements into data-driven analytical solutions.
• Create clear and effective charts, graphs, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand data and reporting requirements.
• Assist in automating recurring reports and data preparation processes.
• Document data sources, analytical methods, processes, and findings.
• Present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on data analytics, business intelligence, and emerging technologies.
✅ Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with limited professional experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of data analysis, statistics, and business intelligence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar visualization tools is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical programming languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong willingness to learn new analytical tools and technologies.
