We are seeking a highly analytical, curious, and detail-oriented

Data Insights Analyst (Entry / Junior)

to support data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, identifying trends, and transforming information into meaningful insights that support better business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data summaries.

• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within business data.

• Support teams with data-driven insights and recommendations.

• Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

• Validate data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

• Perform basic statistical and quantitative analysis.

• Create visualizations and presentations to communicate analytical findings.

• Assist with data extraction and reporting using Excel, SQL, or business intelligence tools.

• Monitor changes in datasets and investigate unusual trends or data discrepancies.

• Collaborate with business, finance, marketing, operations, and technology teams.

• Maintain documentation of data sources, reports, and analytical processes.

• Support continuous improvement of reporting and data analysis processes.

✅ Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Fresh graduates and candidates with internship or project experience are welcome to apply.

• Basic knowledge of data analysis and business intelligence concepts.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is preferred.

• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong willingness to learn new analytical tools and technologies.
