We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented
Data Insights Analyst (Entry / Junior)
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, identifying trends, preparing reports, and turning raw information into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities within business datasets.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and analytical summaries.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance metrics.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover meaningful business insights.
• Analyze customer, sales, marketing, operational, and financial data.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Translate business requirements into analytical questions and data-driven solutions.
• Create clear and effective data visualizations using charts, graphs, and dashboards.
• Support senior analysts with research, reporting, forecasting, and business analysis projects.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
• Assist in automating recurring reports and data preparation workflows.
• Document data sources, analytical processes, methodologies, and key findings.
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on data analytics, business intelligence, and emerging technology trends.
✅ Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with limited professional experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of data analysis, statistics, business intelligence, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical programming languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong willingness to learn new analytical tools and technologies.
