We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical
Data Insights Analyst
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and transforming information into meaningful insights that support better business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from various sources.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for internal teams.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within business data.
• Support senior analysts with data analysis and research projects.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.
• Validate data accuracy and investigate inconsistencies or anomalies.
• Translate analytical findings into clear and actionable insights.
• Assist with ad-hoc analysis and business intelligence requests.
• Maintain organized datasets, documentation, and analytical reports.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand data and reporting requirements.
🧠 Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel, SQL, or data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
• Willingness to learn new analytical tools and technologies.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant internship or academic project experience are welcome to apply.
