We are seeking a motivated and analytical

Data Insights Analyst

to support data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals who enjoy working with data, identifying trends, and transforming information into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.

• Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and key business insights.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for internal teams.

• Support data-driven decision-making across business functions.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

• Perform data validation, cleaning, and quality checks.

• Assist with developing recurring and ad-hoc analytical reports.

• Translate complex data findings into clear and actionable insights.

• Collaborate with business, finance, marketing, operations, and technology teams.

• Support data analysis projects and process improvement initiatives.

• Maintain accurate documentation of data sources, reports, and analytical processes.

• Stay updated on data analytics tools, technologies, and industry trends.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

• Basic understanding of data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence concepts.

• Familiarity with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar tools is a plus.

• Ability to interpret data and identify meaningful trends and patterns.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

• Strong willingness to learn and develop analytical skills.
