Data Integration Engineer

Location: CT or MN

Role Overview

Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between source systems, enterprise applications, and data platforms. The engineer will ensure reliable movement and transformation of data across the enterprise ecosystem, with a focus on

healthcare and financial/ERP systems

Required Experience

12+ years of experience in data integration, ETL/ELT, or enterprise application integration
Strong experience integrating

ERP, financial, accounting, and healthcare systems
Hands-on experience with

API-based and event-driven architectures
Strong knowledge of

data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
Experience with

real-time, near-real-time, and batch integration patterns
Experience working with enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, and/or data lakes
Strong understanding of integration architecture, data flows, and source-to-target mappings
Experience with healthcare data and systems is highly preferred
Experience with financial data such as

GL, AP/AR, billing, revenue, claims, or financial reporting

is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and production-support experience

Preferred Skills

REST/SOAP APIs and microservices
Kafka or other event-streaming technologies
ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar
Cloud data integration platforms
SQL and database technologies
Healthcare standards such as

HL7/FHIR

are a plus
Experience integrating ERP platforms such as

SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar
Strong communication and ability to work with business, data, and application teams
