Position Overview

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Data Optimization Analyst to assist with maintaining accurate digital information and supporting routine data operations.

This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for individuals who are comfortable using computers, working with structured information and following established procedures.

Areas of Responsibility

Review and update information within digital systems
Identify missing or inconsistent data
Perform routine accuracy and quality checks
Maintain organised electronic records
Process information according to documented guidelines
Assist with basic reporting and data administration

Skills and Qualifications

Basic computer proficiency
Good attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Ability to follow written instructions
Clear communication skills
Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets is beneficial

Previous professional experience in data analysis is not required. Training and onboarding will be provided.
