We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and quality-focused

Data Quality Analyst

to join our growing data team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about data accuracy, validation, governance, reporting, and ensuring that business-critical data remains reliable and consistent.

🎯

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess data quality across multiple systems and data sources.

• Perform data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and quality assessments.

• Identify missing, duplicate, inconsistent, inaccurate, or outdated data.

• Develop and execute data quality checks, rules, and validation procedures.

• Investigate the root causes of data quality issues and recommend corrective actions.

• Work with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Developers, and business teams to resolve data issues.

• Monitor data quality metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators.

• Prepare data quality reports, dashboards, and management summaries.

• Maintain data quality documentation, standards, definitions, and procedures.

• Support data cleansing, standardization, transformation, and remediation activities.

• Assist with data governance and master data management initiatives.

• Validate data migrations, system integrations, and new data pipelines.

• Perform SQL-based data analysis and reconciliation across databases and systems.

• Establish automated data quality checks where appropriate.

• Support audits, compliance reviews, and data governance assessments.

• Identify opportunities to improve data processes, controls, and overall data reliability.

✅ Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in data quality, data analysis, data governance, database management, or a related field is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates with relevant internships, academic projects, or certifications are encouraged to apply.

• Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Understanding of data quality dimensions such as accuracy, completeness, consistency, validity, uniqueness, and timeliness.

• Familiarity with data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and cleansing techniques.

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of Python or other scripting languages is a plus.

• Familiarity with data governance concepts, metadata, master data, and data standards is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Ability to identify patterns and investigate data anomalies.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
