About the Role:
We are looking for a Data Quality Analyst with
strong expertise in SQL, and logical code rule writing
to ensure data integrity across critical business domains. The ideal candidate will have experience in assessing data quality across various domains, such as
transaction monitoring
and
transaction screening
, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. If you are passionate about data quality frameworks and compliance, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement SQL and Python-based data quality rules to monitor and enhance data integrity.

Write and optimize logical code rules in SQL to ensure data quality and compliance.

Identify and document Critical Data Elements (CDEs) and assess data quality across multiple domains.

Develop and implement data quality monitoring frameworks to ensure data integrity and completeness.

Assess and mitigate data quality issues related to transaction monitoring, screening, and other critical data domains.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure adherence to data quality standards and improve data governance.

Participate in creating and improving data quality processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
-
Over 4 years of experience in a similar role, with strong proficiency in SQL for writing data quality rules.

Demonstrated ability to develop logical rule-based code to assess and enhance data quality.

Hands-on experience with metadata management and data quality tools/platforms.

Exposure to transaction monitoring, transaction screening, or other high-impact data domains.

Familiarity with data governance tools, metadata frameworks, and ETL processes.

Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data quality gaps and implement effective solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks, including identification and management of Critical Data Elements (CDEs), is a plus.

Understanding of regulatory data requirements and their implications for data quality.

Knowledge of Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) is advantageous.

Proficiency in data visualization tools for tracking and reporting on data quality metrics.

Working knowledge of Collibra is advantageous.
