How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

Provide data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence support for the Customer Engagement Center and related business functions by developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and operational data solutions. Work with data from multiple systems and sources, including SQL-based environments, Power BI connections and other approved business and cloud-based data platforms. Deliver actionable insights, support performance measurement and decision-making, collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, and leverage advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven capabilities to improve business visibility, efficiency, and outcomes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develop, implement, maintain and continuously improve dashboards, reports, visualizations, analytics workflows, and business insight solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, and other approved technologies to support operational decision-making and business performance.

  • Design, optimize and support SQL queries, data models, reporting infrastructure, and dashboard connections while ensuring data integrity, report accuracy, and reliable performance of analytics solutions.

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define reporting needs, and translate business and operational priorities into practical analytics and reporting solutions aligned with established project objectives.

  • Analyze data from multiple business systems and data sources, including cloud-based platforms such as AWS, to identify trends, generate insights, and support process improvement initiatives.

  • Prepare and support OPSCenter payroll processing; including, but not limited to, corrective adjustments, incentive payouts, and employee wage rate updates.

  • Provide user support, troubleshooting, testing, implementation, enhancement, and continuous improvement for reporting, analytics, and business intelligence tools.

  • Participate in multi-functional efforts to improve reporting quality, data visibility, process efficiency, and operational decision support.

  • Support the evaluation, implementation, adoption, validation, and monitoring of AI-enabled analytics solutions, including predictive analytics, anomaly detection, natural language querying, and generative AI capabilities, ensuring outputs are accurate, reliable and aligned with business objectives.

HIGH ACCOUNTABILITY FUNCTIONS

  • Lead the development, enhancement, and long-term strategy for reporting, visualization, and analytics solutions that support CEC performance, operational effectiveness and business decision-making.

  • Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to define reporting priorities, evaluate business challenges, and provide data-driven recommendations that influence operational and strategic decisions.

  • Serve as the SME for reporting governance, data integrity, metric standardization, and analytics best practices, ensuring accurate, reliable and actional business intelligence.

  • Drive complex cross-functional initiatives that leverage analytics, automation, and business intelligence capabilities to improve operational efficiency, user experience, employee productivity and overall business performance.

  • Own the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of AI-enabled analytics, automation, forecasting and predictive insights capabilities to enhance business performance and decision support.

OTHER DUTIES

  • Regularly evaluate processes, data workflows, and reporting outputs and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.

  • Attend and participate in meetings related to assigned responsibilities, projects, and operational support activities.

  • Generate, analyze, and distribute reports related to assigned responsibilities.

  • Comply with all corporate and departmental policies, procedures, and applicable governmental regulations.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, including cross-utilization within the department or in support of other departments, as business needs require.

  • Stay informed on emerging analytics, business intelligence, automation, and artificial intelligence technologies and recommend practical applications to support business objectives and operational efficiency.

POSITION TYPE/STANDARD SCHEDULE

Full-Time Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend may be required as job duties demand.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • 1-2 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, data visualization or related disciplines required.

  • Proficiency with SQL, relational databases, Power BI, and dashboard/report development required.

  • 1-2 years of experience working with multiple data sources, including SQL-based environments, cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or similar) and related data connection methods preferred.

  • Working knowledge of AI-enabled analytics, predictive analytics, generative AI, and automation technologies, including the ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, reliability, and business value.

  • Experience gathering business requirements, validating stakeholder needs, analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and delivering data-driven insights to support business decision-making required.

  • Knowledge of data validation, reporting accuracy, and dashboard outputs preferred.

  • Experience with workflow or automation tools such as Power Automate preferred.

  • Knowledge of DLV programs, policies, procedures, and reservations systems preferred.

  • Prior experience writing technical or business documentation preferred.

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics, generative AI tools, Microsoft Copilot, predictive analytics, machine learning concepts, or natural language query technologies preferred.

  • Experience with programming or data analysis tools such as Python or R preferred; knowledge of ASP.Net, C#, JAVA, HTML, CSS or JavaScript is a plus.
