Role Description

The Dermatology Nurse role at Terra Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Dermatology Nurse will provide clinical support for skin-related consultations, assist in dermatological procedures, and help monitor patient treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include patient assessment, preparing and maintaining treatment rooms, educating patients on skincare and prescribed regimens, and documenting clinical findings accurately. The role also involves close collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective care, while maintaining clear, respectful communication with patients and colleagues. The Dermatology Nurse is expected to adhere to clinical guidelines, infection control standards, and organizational policies at all times.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Nursing and Dermatology Nursing skills, with proven experience in clinical or outpatient dermatology settings.

• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Medicine, including knowledge of dermatological conditions, treatments, and patient safety principles.

• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with patients, families, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Candidates should possess specialized skills related to Skin assessment, wound care, and topical or procedural dermatologic treatments.

• Relevant nursing degree or diploma, with current licensure/registration eligible in the United Arab Emirates.

• Experience working in a healthcare or dermatology clinic environment in the Gulf region is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow clinical protocols, and commitment to patient-centered care.

• Proficiency in electronic health records and basic computer applications; professional fluency in English, with Arabic language skills considered beneficial.
