Design Architect - AutoCAD & SketchUp (Expert Level)

We are looking for a highly skilled, fast, and detail-oriented Design Architect with expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. The ideal candidate must be able to produce high-quality architectural drawings, develop 3D models, and deliver accurate design work within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings using AutoCAD.

Create high-quality 3D models and architectural concepts using SketchUp.

Develop and modify designs quickly while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Convert design concepts and sketches into professional architectural drawings.

Coordinate with the design team, engineers, and project managers.

Review drawings and ensure design accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.

Handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines efficiently.

Make revisions and design modifications quickly based on client and management feedback.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience in this filed

Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory.

Very fast in drafting, modeling, and executing design revisions.

Strong knowledge of architectural planning, detailing, and construction drawings.

Excellent understanding of floor plans, elevations, sections, and space planning.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Previous experience in architectural design is required.
