DevOps & Backend Engineer
who can bridge the gap between application development and infrastructure.
🔍 Your Key Responsibilities
· Design and manage resilient AWS infrastructure using
Terraform
· Build and optimize high-performance backend services using
FastAPI
and
MongoDB
· Manage containerized workloads and services on
AWS
EKS
and
ECS
· Design and implement continuous integration pipelines, testing infrastructure, and support
· Improve scalability, performance, observability, and security of infrastructure to support rapidly increasing demands
· Proactively monitor systems to identify issues and anomalies and opportunities for improvement

You are eager to sit down with our Data Scientists or our biologists to understand their bottlenecks while also helping fellow engineers optimize deployment pipelines
🎓 Education & Experience
-
At least 4 years of experience with
Python
specifically with modern web asynchronous frameworks like
FastAPI (or similar)

Experience with testing frameworks such as
Pytest
-
Proficiency with
MongoDB
, including schema design and performance tuning

Knowledge of
MongoDB
indexing strategies and aggregation pipelines for large datasets
-
At least 5 years of experience with
AWS
(Compute, Networking, IAM). Specific experience with
AWS Fargate
and
EKS
is highly preferred

At least 3 years of experience managing a
Kubernetes
cluster
-
Strong knowledge of
Git, GitHub, and Github Actions

At least 3 years of experience with
Terraform
-
Having experience maintaining an
MLFlow or similar product
is a good plus
