Role - DevOps (ELK/Grafana) Engineer

**Experience Required -**7+ Years

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Grafana, Power BI, Kafka & Redis.
Proficiency in Python and/or Java, REST APIs, log ingestion & streaming pipelines.
Experience with SDLC/DevSecOps, CI/CD, plus working knowledge of Linux & Cloud.
Strong SQL, data analytics, reporting & dashboard development skills.
Ability to translate platform telemetry, engineering metrics & controls into actionable insights/KPIs.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and develop SDLC control reporting, dashboards, scorecards & executive metrics.
Integrate and analyze data from Elastic Stack, Kafka, Redis and enterprise data sources.
Build automated data/log ingestion and reporting pipelines using APIs and related technologies.
Analyze platform telemetry to identify trends, compliance gaps, exceptions & actionable insights.
Ensure data quality, reconciliation, metric definitions and reporting accuracy.
Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Security, Platform & Governance teams.
