About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our innovative technology team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and reliable deployment pipelines and infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure the seamless integration and delivery of our software products, supporting our mission to provide top-tier recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices, cloud computing, and automation, with a focus on optimizing performance and scalability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform’s reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in DevOps engineering or a similar role.
Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Extensive experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools including Jenkins, GitHub, Maven, and SonarQube.
Hands-on experience with scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Understanding of web server technologies including Tomcat and Apache HTTP Server.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools to ensure system health and performance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable CI/CD pipelines to support development and deployment processes.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management using modern tools and practices.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployment and performance.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
Implement security best practices across all infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
Maintain and improve existing DevOps tools and processes, ensuring they align with industry standards and best practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in DevOps and cloud computing to continually enhance our infrastructure.
