DevOps Engineer

TMC Middle East is currently engaged in a project with one of our prestigious customers in UAE.

We are seeking a highly capable Devops Engineer expert to help TMC to deliver this assignment.

About the Role:

Position: Devops Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: 7+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrable engineering experience.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering, with production deployment responsibility.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash), and infrastructure automation.

• Practical knowledge of containers, APIs, identity and access management, secrets handling, system monitoring, and incident troubleshooting.

• Exposure to MLOps/LLMOps, model serving, agent orchestration, evaluation pipelines, and monitoring of LLM-powered systems; demonstrated ability to learn and apply newer frameworks.

• Experience designing reliable, secure, observable, and cost-conscious runtime environments; familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and analytical workloads is an advantage.

• Advanced use of AI-native development and agentic coding tools (for example, Cursor or Claude CLI), with disciplined review, testing, and security validation.

• Ability to coordinate with central IT, analytics engineers, and business teams; strong initiative supported by practical automation projects or independently built solutions.
