This position sits within the AI Platform Team inside EJ Labs, focused on building and managing the reusable AI platform capabilities that enable teams across the enterprise to clearly identify, observe, evaluate, and operate AI products through a consistent, standards-based ecosystem, rather than developing one-off or front-end solutions.

  • Communicate product progress, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization.

  • Conduct market and user research to understand demand for reusable AI capabilities and anticipate model and agent centric enhancements.

  • Monitor and evaluate AI platform capability performance, implementing refinements as needed as part of ongoing product lifecycle management and governance.

  • Actively shape the definition and evolution of product AI capability vision and strategy in partnership with business and technology stakeholders to drive measurable business impact and outcome-oriented delivery.

  • Translate business goals, user insights, market trends, and product model and agent knowledge into product AI roadmaps, themes, initiatives, epics, and user stories—informing prioritization and hypothesis generation in collaboration with partners.

  • Support product delivery, adoption, and business impact through influence and collaboration, reinforcing outcome ownership while navigating shared accountability.

  • Collaborate with product leadership, delivery partners, and enabling teams to support resource coordination, delivery execution, and risk management across delivery teams.

  • Deploy and test new AI platform builder capabilities, ensuring reliability, explainability, and functional integration with a broad set of consuming systems and applications.

  • Own the lifecycle of AI platform builder capabilities—including versioning, performance monitoring, retraining plan development, and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure EJ Labs’ AI platform capabilities are adopted by internal customers.
