Role Description
The DME Product Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this role, the individual oversees the lifecycle of durable medical equipment (DME) products, including product planning, development, launch, and performance monitoring. Typical responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing product requirements, collaborating with clinical, sales, operations, and technology teams, and ensuring products align with regulatory and compliance standards. The DME Product Manager analyzes market trends, customer feedback, and utilization data to guide product enhancements and new offerings. The role also includes creating product documentation, supporting training and enablement, and contributing to pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications

Product management skills related to healthcare or medical devices, including requirements gathering, roadmap development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Experience with DME, biologics, or advanced wound care products, including knowledge of clinical workflows and patient care considerations.

Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement, billing, and regulatory frameworks relevant to DME and practice optimization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, market insights, and performance metrics to drive decisions.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present product plans and updates to diverse stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
