Driver cum Project Coordinator

Cauldron UAE is looking for a responsible and well-organized Driver cum Project Coordinator to support our daily project operations, material movements, site activities, and coordination between our office, workshop, suppliers, clients, and project sites.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of UAE roads, basic project/site coordination experience, and the ability to communicate professionally with engineers, technicians, suppliers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicle for project, office, site, and material-related requirements.

• Transport engineers, technicians, documents, tools, and small materials between office, workshop, suppliers, and project sites.

• Coordinate daily site activities with the Project Manager, Engineers, Technicians, and Clients.

• Follow up with suppliers for material collection, delivery schedules, and availability.

• Collect and deliver quotations, invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders, cheques, and other company documents when required.

• Assist in arranging project materials and ensuring timely delivery to sites.

• Coordinate with technicians regarding site access, work schedules, tools, and material requirements.

• Provide regular updates to management regarding site progress, material deliveries, and pending requirements.

• Maintain proper records of deliveries, collections, vehicle movements, and project-related documents.

• Support site inspections, commissioning activities, and other project requirements when necessary.

• Maintain the company vehicle in clean and good working condition.

• Ensure timely vehicle servicing, registration, Salik, fuel records, and other vehicle-related requirements.

• Follow company safety procedures and UAE traffic regulations at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving Licence – Light Vehicle is mandatory.

• Minimum 2 years UAE driving experience preferred.

• Good knowledge of roads and industrial areas in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and other Emirates.

• Previous experience in an MEP, HVAC, construction, maintenance, trading, or engineering company will be an advantage.

• Basic understanding of project coordination and site activities.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

• Hindi / Malayalam / Arabic communication ability will be an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Maps, email, and Microsoft Office.

• Able to coordinate multiple tasks and work under project deadlines.

• Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and presentable.

• Willing to travel between different project sites within the UAE.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
