About Us

Yuaanz Mind Abilities Development Center is an early learning and child development center located on Electra Street, Abu Dhabi. We provide a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children learn, explore and grow through structured, play-based learning.

Our programmes include Preschool, Playgroup, After School Care, Skill Development, Jolly Phonics and Abacus.

Key Responsibilities

Preschool Teaching (Ages 3–5)

• Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities.

• Teach early literacy, phonics, numeracy and general awareness.

• Organise creative arts, crafts, storytelling and educational games.

• Develop weekly lesson plans and learning materials.

• Monitor children's progress and contribute to monthly progress reports.

• Encourage independence, confidence, good manners and social skills.

After School Teaching (Ages 4–10)

• Assist children with homework and school subjects.

• Support reading, writing, mathematics and exam preparation.

• Conduct educational games, creative activities and indoor games.

• Maintain a positive, structured and enjoyable learning environment.

Childcare & Teamwork

• Ensure children's safety, hygiene and well-being.

• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming classroom.

• Communicate professionally with parents and colleagues.

• Capture photos and videos of classroom activities for parent updates.

• Follow center policies and child safeguarding procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education or a related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant Preschool, Nursery or Kindergarten teaching experience is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of early childhood education and play-based learning.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• Creative, energetic, patient and genuinely passionate about teaching children.

• Ability to independently plan and conduct classroom activities.

• Must be currently residing in the UAE with a valid residence visa.

• Candidates on visit visas will not be considered.

Additional Advantages:

• Jolly Phonics or Abacus teaching experience.

• Experience teaching primary school children.

• First Aid/CPR certification.

• Basic Arabic communication skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 per month (based on experience).

• Additional Commission: For teaching Jolly Phonics and Abacus classes.

• Working Days: Monday to Friday.

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

• Days Off: Saturday, Sunday and UAE public holidays.

• Annual leave and benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
