E-commerce Product Manager

Las Vegas, NV (Onsite-Hybrid)

The Product Manager should be able to explain what is driving KPI movement and what product changes should be prioritized in response

, rather than simply reporting metrics.

Key Responsibilities -

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Own and continuously evolve the ecommerce website and mobile app product roadmap aligned with customer needs and business goals.

  • Translate business strategy and customer pain points into product capabilities, features, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.

  • Define product requirements, business outcomes, success criteria, and KPIs for new capabilities.

  • Balance customer experience, commercial impact, technical feasibility, and speed-to-market when prioritizing investments.

  • Partner with engineering and delivery teams through the complete product lifecycle, from discovery through launch and optimization.

Customer Experience & Conversion Optimization

  • Own continuous improvement of the end-to-end digital customer journey

    , identifying friction points and opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.

  • Analyze customer journeys across web and mobile to identify abandonment patterns, usability challenges, and opportunities for simplification.

  • Drive A/B testing, experimentation, personalization, and conversion-rate optimization initiatives.

  • Partner with UX/UI teams to create intuitive, engaging, mobile-first experiences.

  • Champion a customer-centric approach using both quantitative data and qualitative customer insights.

Analytics & Consumer Behavior

  • Leverage behavioral and transactional data to understand how customers browse, engage, purchase, and return

  • Build actionable insights from customer segmentation, traffic patterns, digital funnels, search behavior, and purchase behavior.

  • Establish dashboards and measurement frameworks to continuously monitor product performance.

  • Translate data into specific product decisions and roadmap recommendations.

Ecommerce KPIs & Business Outcomes

Own and monitor key digital/ecommerce metrics, including:

  • Conversion Rate

  • Average Order Value (AOV)

  • Revenue per visitor/session

  • Funnel progression and abandonment

  • Cart/checkout abandonment

  • Customer acquisition and repeat purchase behavior

  • Traffic and engagement

  • Mobile vs. web performance

  • Customer retention and loyalty engagement

  • Feature adoption

  • Digital customer satisfaction metrics
